	WP 1 - Management, Dissemination and Exploitation
	WP Leader: IST Objectives This WP will aim at the management of the project throughout its duration as well as the dissemination of the results as they become available and the planning of their exploitation after the end of the project. Description of work/tasks The management of the project will be made in three levels, at the local level within each partner, at the task and work package level and on the overall project level according to the principles indicated in section 9 of the proposal. There will be a Network Steering Committee made up of the Project Co-ordinator and of the Workpackage Leaders. An Industrial Steering Committee with one member for each of the relevant industrial areas will provide the industrial guidance to the project. During the first year of the project the Network Steering Committee and the Industrial Steering Committee will review the list of deliverables and the list of milestones and will propose a revised list of industrially relevant and applicable deliverables based on industrial partners’ recommendations. The results of the project will be disseminated through papers in scientific journals and presentations at relevant technical meetings, including large conferences and small very specialised workshops. During the project the partners will plan the exploitation to be given to the results of the project. A plan will be produced by an Exploitation Committee (to be formed during the project) for the exploitation to be made of the results produced in the project. There will be a National Contact Point for each of the Newly Associated States represented in the Network. They will have the responsibility of disseminating the activities of the Network to relevant industries and institutions of their country and to organise one or two workshops with the local industry during the whole project.
