2nd International Conference on Marine Structures

The scope of the Conference will have a broad basis, dealing with all aspects of marine structures, in some sense corresponding to the scope of topics covered in the International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC), which is seen as a complementary Conference to this one as it has the different format of presenting Committee reports instead of papers as in the MARSTRUCT Conferences.
Despite having broad topics associated with the scope of the Conference, the papers will be organized under some main areas as indicated:
• Methods and tools for loads and load effects
• Methods and tools for strength assessment
• Experimental analysis of structures
• Materials and fabrication of structures
• Methods and tools for structural design and optimisation
• Structural reliability, safety and environmental protection
