Registration
Delegates should complete and return the Registration Form (.doc, .pdf) to the MARSTRUCT 2009 Secretariat (marstruct2009@mar.ist.utl.pt), with clear indication of the method of payment.

Registration Categories
Categories (A) registration fees include technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, welcome reception, lunches, coffee-breaks and conference dinner.
Category (B) registration fee, for which documented proof is required (i.e. copy of valid student ID card) when submitting the copy of his/her registration form, includes technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM only, lunches and coffee-breaks.

Registration Deadlines
Registrations after 13th March are considered On-site and incur the corresponding fees.

Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the MARSTRUCT 2009 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before 13th February 2009. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Paper Presentation
Each registered delegate cannot present more than two papers.
